Service Description

Step 1: For all initial consultations: You will be required to verify your ID card during your appointment for me to verify your identification. This is done electronically through PROOF for security and I will walk you through the process. Step 2: You will also be required to sign an agency disclosure form in dotloop DURING your scheduled consultation. I will walk you through the process to ensure this is signed. It is a legal requirement so non-negotiable. During this consultation we will cover all of the basics of your home buying process and where you are in your timeline. We will also discuss lenders and go over a questionairre so I can help you find the home you want!. There will be some fun short video presentations for you to watch that goes over what I have to offer you as an agent! My commission rate will also be discussed during your consultation! Once you decide to choose me as your agent: You will need to sign a contract before I can proceed with anything else on your behalf! All client forms must be signed in dotloop. You will receive emails for each signature or document change requiring a new signature. Yes, it is not as convenient as other document signing software, however it is required by my broker to use dotloop for all real estate documents. All clients must be in contract with me for any showings and have a pre-approval for lender financing to schedule home showings. Home showings are scheduled by me through showingtime. If you have other financing options (IE cash buyer or land contract with proof of funds for a downpayment and employment verified) I can also schedule showings for you with these financing options and a buyer agency agreement in place. If you need an in office appointment due to your location or cannot utilize zoom for an initial consultation please contact me to schedule an in person meeting at the office closest to you.
